These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sarovahealth.com (the "Site"), operated by Sarova Health LLC ("Sarova," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
 
1. The Site is informational only
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes about our practice and membership. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions about a medical condition.

2. No doctor–patient relationship
Using this Site, submitting a form, or requesting a meet-and-greet does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you enroll as a member and it is documented through our clinical enrollment process.
 
3. Membership and services
Sarova Health is a Direct Primary Care membership practice. It is not health insurance and is not a substitute for major medical coverage. Membership, pricing, and the services included are described on the Site for convenience, but your membership is governed by the separate membership agreement you sign at enrollment. If anything on the Site conflicts with that agreement, the membership agreement controls. Prices and program details shown on the Site may change and are not an offer or guarantee.

4. Emergencies
This Site is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
 
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the Sarova Health name and mark — are owned by or licensed to Sarova Health and are protected by law. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or marks without our written permission.
 
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as maps, scheduling, or reference information. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
 
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
 
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarova Health and its owner, staff, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This section does not limit any rights you may have that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to the medical care provided to members, which is addressed in your membership agreement.
 
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarova Health from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
 
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
 
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
