How it works at Sarova Health/FAQ

Sarova Health is a direct primary care (DPC) practice in Myrtle Beach. Members pay a monthly fee for primary care, instead of paying a copay each time they visit. Membership is $125 per month, plus a one-time $99 registration fee. It includes office and virtual visits, secure messaging, routine checkups, sick visits, preventive care, and help managing ongoing health conditions. Members also receive:A 90-minute first visit and follow-up visits that are typically 30–60 minutesDirect access to their doctorSame or next business day appointments for most non emergency needsDiscounted lab testsAccess to more than 1,000 generic medications through the medication benefitMonth-to-month membership, with no long-term contractSarova Health does not bill insurance for membership fees or visits. Insurance may still be needed for care outside the practice, such as hospital care, imaging, or specialist visits.It’s not insurance. It’s primary care built around you.

Both direct primary care and concierge practices may offer more time with your doctor and easier access to care. The main difference is how you pay. Some concierge practices charge an annual membership fee $2000+ and also bill your insurance for visits, so you may still have copays, deductibles, or coinsurance. Sarova Health keeps pricing simple: $125 per month, plus a one-time $99 registration fee. We don’t bill insurance for your membership or visits, so there are no copays or per-visit charges at Sarova. Your insurance may still be useful for care outside our practice, such as hospital care, imaging, and specialist visits.

Your first visit is 90 minutes, giving us time to learn your health history, hear what matters to you, and build a care plan together. We’ll listen, explain things clearly, and get to know you as a person, not just your chart.

We offer same day or next business day appointments whenever possible. We keep scheduling simple so you can be seen quickly when you need care.
